Rohan Kapadia

Rohan is our Managing Director and has extensive experience in cricket and education. His coaching experiences have ranged from coaching for the MCC Academy, MCB, NCCC, Chance to Shine and ICC Americas (Argentina) to being senior coach at Barnes CC, Richmond CC, and Nottingham University CC (Mens and Women’s). Having been a Teach First Ambassador and headed up Cricket for The Prince’s Trust he also has extensive administration and community sport experience both at local and national levels. His teaching experiences cover leadership positions in all phases of education, having taught all ages from nursery to secondary, most recently being the Head Teacher at Twice Times Nursery School in Fulham. Rohan is ECB Level 2 qualified, holds QTS, Safeguarding Level 3, Pediatric First Aid and is our lead child protection/safeguarding officer and lead first aider.

Saj Mahmood

Saj joined the club full time in the Summer of 2021 as our new Director of Adult and Junior Cricket. As a former England player and current Level 3 coach, Saj adds a huge amount to the club and leads our experienced coaching team.

In his playing career, Saj was a rapid fast bowler and hard hitting lower order batter who represented England in all formats of the game. He also represented Lancashire, Essex, Somerset, MCC and Western Australia.

Saj’s big passion is grass roots cricket and it’s fantastic that a player of his level gives back so much to the game. Saj also runs the William Perkin School Cricket Academy in Greenford.

Saj is fully qualified to level 3 and also holds first aid and Child protection qualifications.

Tom Billingham

Tom is one of our senior coaches and Head of Coach development at the Club. Tom is a vastly experienced level 3 cricket coach and one our founder coaches.
Tom has coached for over 20 years and is currently Head of Cricket at Wetherby Prep School and is also a performance coach for Surrey County Cricket Club.

Tom brings a huge amount of experience both on the performance and participation side of the club.

Tom is a fully qualified ECB level 3 coach while also being qualified in first aid and safeguarding. Tom is also level 2 football and rugby coach.

Callum Jackson

Local resident Callum represented England at U19 Level and played professionally at Sussex CCC and Kent CCC until last season. He is a dynamic young keeper batsman in the Gilchrist mould, who was born in Eastbourne and developed through the club's youth system, making his first team debut in all forms of the game in 2013, including a first-class debut against the Australian touring team. Callum is an ECB level 3 qualified coach and is also trained to Level 3 in Personal Training. Callum brings his recent experiences in the professional game to Fulham as well as being passionate about supporting the local community.

Zeeshan Arshad

Coach Ziggy is one of our senior experience level 3 coaches. Ziggy has played first class cricket in Pakistan and over 12 years of Minor County Cricket. Ziggy is a fast bowling all rounder and continues to play as a professional in U.K. and Australian Club Cricket.

Ziggy is a passionate and experienced coach with a wide range of coaching experiences from supporting International teams to working with the real grassroots of all ages and abilities

Ziggy is a fully qualified ACB level 3 coach and holds in date first aid and child protection qualifications.

Anthony De Mel

Anthony is one of our lead senior coaches at the club and coaches on both of our performance and participation pathways.

Anthony is a fully qualified ECB cricket coach with a range of experiences of coaching from club cricket to junior County Cricket. Anthony has also taught at Sussex House for the last 15 years and has a wonderful ability to coach all ages and levels.

Coach Anthony is fully qualified in first aid and safeguarding. He is a a fully qualified football and rugby coach.

Omar Green

Coach Omar is one of our Senior lead coaches and is hugely experienced with all ages and levels of cricketers.

Omar is a fully qualified ECB level 3 coach while also being a fully qualified teacher currently working as a Year 6 teacher in Queen’s Park Primary.

Omar has over 15 years of coaching experience ranging from coaching at Spencer CC (where he grew up playing the game) to Surrey Performance Programme. Omar is a also a senior coach on the ACE programme.

Omar is fully qualified in first aid and safeguarding. He is also a fully qualified football coach alongside holding QTS.

Emma Stringer

Coach Emma is one of our founder coaches and most experienced members of staff.

Emma is head of Health and Safety at the club and also leads on our participation programme whilst also mentoring a number of our junior coaches.

Emma has over 20 years of coaching experiences and is also in charge of Sport at the local Sulivan Primary School.

Emma is a fully qualified ECB coach and is fully qualified in first aid and child protection. She is also a fully qualified football coach and used to work for Fulham FC.

Dylan Tollett

Dylan, originally, from South Africa is a hugely talented sportsman and level 2 qualified coach. Dylan is experienced working with all age groups and abilities and before moving to the UK was a senior coach at a prep school in South Africa. Dylan is also a qualified personal trainer and also impressed played international water polo whilst also running his own waterpolo academy in SA. Dylan is also a talented rugby player/coach and can coach football, tennis and hockey additionally to cricket. Dylan is younger brother to one of our founder coaches, Mark T!

Joseph Lowe

Joe is a fully qualified Level 2 coach and is a currently playing as talented leg spinning allrounder for Bedfordshire and Northants. Originally from Liverpool, Joe has a wealth of grassroots coaching experiences for someone so young. Before joining us Joe was director of cricket at Finchley Cricket Club and continues to play /coach in Australia when travel restrictions apply.

Jack Hunter-Lees

Jack is a hugely talented all round sportsman and has over 6 years coaching experience. He is a fully qualified ECB level 2 and has great energy while coaching. He is comfortable working with all abilities from beginner to elite.

Jack was recently part of the prestigious Darren Lehman Cricket Academy and is currently trialling at various counties as batting all rounder. He also plays club cricket at Spencer and in his younger days was a sports scholar at Millfield.

Jack is also a hugely talented footballer having played at AFC Wimbledon and Arsenal Academy whilst also be a qualified football coach.

Rafeh Jaffri

Rafeh is a hugely talented fast bowling all round who represented Surrey 2’s at the age of 15. Raf is fully qualified to level 2 and is in his last year of university. Rafeh is fully first aid qualified and child protection qualified.

Rafeh continues to play for Malden Wanderers whilst trialling at Surrey and Middlesex. It’s fantastic for the children to have a younger coach who has been through the county pathways recently.

Prince Singh

Prince is another one of our hugely talented younger coaches. Prince is a fast bowling allrounder who is currently on a scholarship at Southampton University for cricket. Prince played for Surrey 2s as a 17 year old and continues to trial at various counties. Prince has recently been a though the pathways himself and had a great wonderful manner with children of all abilities.

All our lead coaches have a minimum of an ECB level 2 qualification, are first aid trained and completed their safeguarding training. Our coaches are extremely experienced at working with this age gorup and all currently work in schools as full time teachers. We feel this understanding of children and child development is crucial alongside their obvious cricketing knowledge. Our early years (Under 5s) coaches are trained in the early years and understand the developmental needs of this age group.
